FAINT of HEART is a full service interior design collective. Meaning, we have the ability to take a project through discovery to completion of the build out and opening day. However, we realize that client needs may differ, and a partial scope of services may suit your project and/or budget. In addition, sometimes you simply need to know where to start, or what to expect, which is why we offer 1:1 consultations as well. These three scenarios are elaborated upon below so you can determine what may best suit your needs.

  • This is our preferred scope of service with clients as it allows for comprehensive and thorough engagement.

    Full Service design entails partnering with clients through the fruition of a project. We act as not only the designer, we also aid in budgeting, project management, provide advocacy, and when its needed, a little therapy.

    We will work with the extended project team to execute the design and build out of your space. This scope of services also includes providing furniture specifications, designing custom furniture if warranted, and aiding in procurement and final styling.

  • Isolated Services can be independent or packaged to suit a client's needs. These Services include but are not limited to:

  • 1:1 Consultations are available to help you gather your thoughts and make the best decision for your future or ongoing project. Topics can include:

    • What to expect during the design process and the information and collateral a client needs in order to engage all required parties.

    • How to budget appropriately and what a typical design and construction schedule entails.

    • Auditing existing design drawings and specifications from others to ensure your project is vegan.

    • Or, if you're simply stuck in the beginning, middle, or end of a project and need a listening ear and thoughtful recommendations.

    Any issue large or small, we can provide guidance to help put your mind at ease and ensure your design journey remains painless and exciting.
